- Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your appointment.

- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes — late cancellations may be charged 50%, and no-shows 100%.

- Please inform me of any medical conditions or allergies before treatment.

- Payments can be made by cash, card, or online.

-All personal details are kept confidential.

-Respectful behaviour is expected — any inappropriate conduct will result in service refusal.

- Please keep your belongings safe I will not responsible for lost items.

- No refunds once treatment is completed. Promotions and vouchers are valid for 12 months unless stated otherwise.
